By engaging in any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Coaching is a collaborative process and requires your active participation
• You retain full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in coaching, programs, events, or retreats

Harry McGowan is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from decisions made by you during or after coaching sessions, programs, events, or retreats.

3. Health, Medical, and Psychological Disclaimer

You confirm that you are mentally and physically fit to participate in coaching, programs, events, or retreats.

If you have a medical condition, mental health condition, or are under the care of a healthcare professional, you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice before participating.

Harry McGowan is not liable for any physical injury, illness, emotional distress, or psychological impact that may arise during or after participation.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices, inclusions, payment plans, and access details are displayed at the time of booking or purchase. By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to those terms.

All payments must be made in full or in accordance with the agreed payment plan. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services without refund.

Harry McGowan reserves the right to change pricing, offerings, or inclusions at any time without notice.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Rescheduling of coaching sessions must be requested within the timeframe specified in the booking confirmation.

Late cancellations, missed sessions, or non-attendance may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or refunded.

Programs, retreats, and events may have separate cancellation and refund policies, which will be provided at the time of booking and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only where required by applicable law.

6. Retreats, Events, and In-Person Experiences

Participation in retreats and in-person events is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

You acknowledge that travel, accommodation, physical activity, and group environments carry inherent risks.

Harry McGowan is not responsible for travel disruptions, accommodation issues, injuries, illness, lost property, or third-party services associated with retreats or events.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content on this website and all materials provided through coaching, programs, events, recordings, documents, frameworks, methodologies, videos, and digital products are the intellectual property of Harry McGowan unless otherwise stated.

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harry McGowan disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from:
